A trigger point is an irritable knot that causes pain and spasms in the muscle. A trigger point occurs due to muscle injuries or strain and can be treated using massage therapy to manually break up the knots or trigger points to decrease the inflammation & pain.

The injectables we use for our trigger point therapy are safe to inject up to 2 times a week depending the severity of pain. The practitioner will generate a plan that suits your health needs.
